All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from the United Kingdom to Pro-Bolt Switzerland and immediately forwarded to your delivery adress. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order..

Please note that all prices are exclusive of Swiss VAT at 8%, which will be applied to all orders

Returns Policy

First, please send an email to support@kippax-performance.com for a return reference within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a return form, which can be downloaded below. No goods will be accepted without a return reference and a completed form.

Correctly Supplied Goods

Kits may be returned if complete, in a re-saleable condition and have not been fitted.  A refund, credit or exchange will be issued as requested.  Please contact Pro-Bolt Switzerland in advance in order to obtain a returns reference.  Please note your returns reference on your returns form and enclose with the goods.

Please pay the appropriate postage and return to our standard return address. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods

A full refund or exchange is offered for goods that are incorrectly supplied or faulty. This applies if Pro-Bolt have supplied goods that do not fit or have provided incorrect product fitment information.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Shortages

Please advise Pro-Bolt of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Pro-Bolt does not accept any responsibility for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of goods whether allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We are always available for product and fitting consultation. Please ask prior to fitting should you have any queries or questions.
